Our company was established with the sole objective of enabling Service Providers, Public Authorities and other communications operators to fufill their obligations in respect of communications data under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000. This legislation, introduced in January 2003, demands new ways of managing and accessing telecommunications and Internet data.
Singlepoint Data Services Limited, led by a team of specialists from the computing, telecommunications, security and legal sectors, provides a comprehensive service : from consultancy and training to a fully outsourced solution, managing data requests and delivering responses on behalf of our clients.
