User Account, Password and Security
Upon completion of contractual formalities you will have been issued with a user name and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur during sessions opened using your individual username and password. You agree to notify Singlepoint immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Singlepoint will not be liable for any loss or other consequence, that you or your authority may incur as a result of litigation arising from unlawful use of this service by someone else using your username and password either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by other parties as a result of someone else using your username and password.
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of your use of the Service, you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Singlepoint server, or associated network, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Service, other individual's accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Singlepoint server, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.
